Vendor Registration Fees
Please note our vendor registration fees have changed this year. Discounts will be applied at the time of registration. Make sure you register before Sep. 1st to take advantage of the "Early Bird Special" discount.
Registration fees are listed below:
Vendor Registration Fee: $200
Early Bird Special: 25% off | Must register before Sep. 1, 2023
Member-Only Discount::$50 off vendor registration fee.

Booth Size: Spaces will be approximately 12 x 12 feet
Booth Selection: Vendors booth spaces can be requested, but are on a first come first serve basis. Please include the requested vendor booth space in the comments section of the registration form.
Vendor Parking: Each vendor will be allotted two vehicle parking passes per booth.
Setup & Tear-down: All vendor participants are responsible for all set-up and tear-down of booths and clean up.
Supplies: Tables, tents, chairs, and electricity are NOT provided. Vendor is responsible for providing their own.
Generators: Providing generator does not make an unacceptable amount of noise and use is reported at the time registration, we will allow vendors to use generators.
Registration Confirmation: All vendors will receive a confirmation email upon completion of registration. A vendor packet with parking passes will be emailed 2 to 3 weeks prior to the event. Please watch for these emails.
